Qu\u00edmicas tiene la funci\u00f3n principal de coordinar, asesorar y supervisar la gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y operativa, asegurando la articulaci\u00f3n institucional, la eficiencia administrativa y el cumplimiento de las directrices de la m\u00e1xima autoridad.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act\u00faa como un \u00f3rgano de soporte estrat\u00e9gico, integrando la planificaci\u00f3n, la toma de decisiones y la ejecuci\u00f3n institucional, adem\u00e1s de garantizar el adecuado flujo de informaci\u00f3n y la coherencia entre las distintas \u00e1reas de la Facultad.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Objetivos<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinar y fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del Decanato.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asegurar el cumplimiento de pol\u00edticas, programas y proyectos institucionales.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optimizar la eficiencia de los procesos administrativos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mejorar la articulaci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n entre dependencias.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitorear el cumplimiento de objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos institucionales.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Funciones<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planificar, ejecutar y evaluar el Plan Operativo Anual.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinar pol\u00edticas, programas y proyectos del Decanato.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articular la comunicaci\u00f3n entre unidades acad\u00e9micas y administrativas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborar informes ejecutivos y reportes de gesti\u00f3n, como insumos para la toma de decisiones.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluar indicadores de desempe\u00f1o
