data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Departamento de Investigaci\u00f3n en Bioqu\u00edmica Cl\u00ednica fue creado por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 5790-00-2015 \u201c<\/span><b>POR LA CUAL SE CREA EL DEPARTAMENTO DE BIOQU\u00cdMICA CL\u00cdNICA DEPENDIENTE DE LA DIRECCI\u00d3N DE INVESTIGACI\u00d3N DE LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS QU\u00cdMICAS DE LA UNA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El mismo fue creado con el objeto de apoyar la Iniciaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica de estudiantes de grado a trav\u00e9s de la ejecuci\u00f3n de trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de Bioqu\u00edmica Cl\u00ednica. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ec7314 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5ec7314\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Objetivos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bd06cc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bd06cc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desarrollar investigaciones orientadas en la generaci\u00f3n de evidencia cient\u00edfica relacionada con enfermedades metab\u00f3licas, infecciosas y cr\u00f3nicas, contribuyendo con su diagn\u00f3stico, el monitoreo y prevenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en el \u00e1mbito de la bioqu\u00edmica cl\u00ednica mediante el estudio de par\u00e1metros hematol\u00f3gicos, bioqu\u00edmicos, inmunol\u00f3gicos aplicados a la salud del ser humano y a la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generar conocimiento cient\u00edfico en el \u00e1rea de la bioqu\u00edmica cl\u00ednica buscando la mejora de la vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica y la calidad diagn\u00f3stica de enfermedades prevalentes y emergentes.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsar investigaciones interdisciplinarias en bioqu\u00edmica cl\u00ednica y otros \u00e1mbitos relacionados con las ciencias de la salud.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortalecer la formaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos en investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica en el \u00e1rea de la bioqu\u00edmica cl\u00ednica mediante la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes de iniciaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y profesionales en proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff4724d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ff4724d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L\u00edneas de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35797f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"35797f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Evaluaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica del estado nutricional y enfermedades metab\u00f3licas<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00ednea centrada en la evaluaci\u00f3n del estado nutricional y su relaci\u00f3n con enfermedades metab\u00f3licas, con enfoque epidemiol\u00f3gico de diferentes grupos poblacionales, evaluando prevalencia, factores de riesgo y determinantes asociados,\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de indicadores cl\u00ednicos, bioqu\u00edmicos, antropom\u00e9tricos y diet\u00e9ticos, con el objetivo de identificar su impacto en la salud\u00a0 y promover estrategias para la prevenci\u00f3n, intervenci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n estudiada, a fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de los individuos. Incluye el estudio de diferentes enfermedades metab\u00f3licas entre las que se mencionan a la diabetes mellitus, las dislipidemias, el s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico y la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Hematolog\u00eda y medicina transfusional<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n se orienta al estudio de aspectos epidemiol\u00f3gicos,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inmunohematol\u00f3gicos y laboratoriales relacionados con la seguridad<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transfusional y la salud p\u00fablica. En colaboraci\u00f3n con el Programa Nacional<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de Sangre del Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social, desarrollamos<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">investigaciones sobre biomarcadores de infecciones transmisibles por<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">transfusi\u00f3n, evaluando su prevalencia, distribuci\u00f3n y tendencias temporales<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en poblaciones de donantes de sangre.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, realizamos estudios enfocados en la detecci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de anticuerpos irregulares y en la identificaci\u00f3n de inmunofenotipos<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">eritrocitarios raros. A trav\u00e9s de estas investigaciones, buscamos generar<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">evidencia cient\u00edfica que fortalezca la vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica, la seguridad<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de las transfusiones y la calidad de los servicios de hemoterapia en Paraguay.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Epidemiolog\u00eda de enfermedades transmisibles<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n orientada al estudio epidemiol\u00f3gico de las enfermedades transmisibles, enfocada en el estudio<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sistem\u00e1tico de los factores que determinan o influyen en las caracter\u00edsticas y prevalencia de una enfermedad entre los que se incluyen adem\u00e1s, la determinaci\u00f3n de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> factores de riesgo, mecanismos de trasmisi\u00f3n, prevenci\u00f3n y control de infecciones que afectan al ser humano. Se abordan diferentes enfoques entre los que se mencionan a la salud comunitaria, enfermedades hospitalarias, zoonosis, entre otros. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La epidemiolog\u00eda de las enfermedades transmisibles incluye desde aspectos m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicos hasta la utilizaci\u00f3n de nuevas t\u00e9cnicas en el \u00e1mbito microbiol\u00f3gico, geogr\u00e1fico, sociodemogr\u00e1fico y ambiental.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Medicina reproductiva y tecnolog\u00edas de reproducci\u00f3n asistida<br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n se enfoca en el estudio de los factores que<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">influyen en la fertilidad humana y en la optimizaci\u00f3n de las tecnolog\u00edas de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reproducci\u00f3n asistida. Las principales \u00e1reas de trabajo incluyen la fertilidad<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">masculina y la calidad esperm\u00e1tica, la evaluaci\u00f3n y mejora de protocolos de<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estimulaci\u00f3n ov\u00e1rica y la investigaci\u00f3n en embriolog\u00eda cl\u00ednica y desarrollo<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">embrionario temprano.
